Introducing Accompany's collaboration with the University of New Hampshire to develop The EDGE, a transformative initiative aimed at fostering innovation and growth. Through a joint effort, Accompany and the university team formulated a comprehensive visioning plan, culminating in the decision to establish a 501(c)3 organization in the form of a research foundation to execute the plan effectively. To validate this strategic direction, Accompany focused with a broader team at the university in an initiative to secure a Feasibility and Market Demand Study. This study aimed to assess the demand, market potential, and feasibility of establishing an innovation community in the region, ensuring that The EDGE aligns with the needs and aspirations of stakeholders and the broader community.

With his strategic guidance, master planning, and meticulous operations spanning over two decades, this world-class initiative, overseen by the Purdue Research Foundation, has left an indelible mark on the landscape of innovation. Located in West Lafayette, Indiana, just north of the main academic campus, the first Purdue Research Park is renowned for its exceptional business incubator programs and hosts over 200 businesses. Covering 725 acres, it stands as a pinnacle of excellence in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.

Under the Purdue Research Foundation's guidance, stakeholders collaborated to create an actionable master plan, partnering with a private development to ensure feasibility and market alignment. This endeavor transformed the area into a vibrant hub for innovation, seamlessly integrating facilities for nanotechnology, bioscience, and cyber science, while prioritizing sustainability and collaboration. The resulting master plan delineated development zones, infrastructure needs, and financial projections, unlocking the district's potential as a live-work-play environment attracting top talent and businesses to Purdue.
